National Delivery
  • We have agreed with our suppliers that all rugs will be dispatched within 3 - 5 days of the order being placed (exceptions include bespoke orders and childrens wool rugs). We will be required to forward your telephone number to the courier in order for the transaction to run smoothly. This information is treated as confidential by ourselves and the courier companies.

  • If you require any special delivery arrangements such as a Saturday or before noon etc... then please contact us and we will quote the price of the arrangement.

  • The shopping cart system does allow the option of an alternative address, other than the address that has been billed. This may be more convenient for you (e.g. a neighbour ,relative or workplace).

  • We have a tracking system for most products allowing you to check the progress of your order on-line. In all cases where a customer misses a delivery the courier will leave a card so that you can contact them direct to rearrange a delivery.

International Delivery
  • If you live outside of the UK or Ireland and wish to make a purchase please contact us and we will quote a price for delivery of your rug or rugs. In each case we may contact you by telephone to process the order or send a secure link with the agreed prices including delivery, This process only takes a few minutes.

  • We will be introducing an International postage option later in the year as current fuel prices are causing ever changing courier charges and we can only quote on enquiry at present.
